Concordances based on NJE 26.14 [CC], 64-65. BOORMAN 2006, 943, adds also I-Bc R.142. In the sources this motet bears conflicting attributions to Josquin and Mouton. Howard Mayer Brown, Thomas G. Mac Cracken and Paul Ranzini (s.v. "Mouton, Jean", in "Grove Music Online") as well as Ludwig Finscher (s.v. "Mouton, Jean", in "MGG Online") and SHINE 1953 list this motet among Mouton's works. NJE 26.14 [CC], 66, rejects Josquin's authorship, based on the evaluation of the sources: the only source which transmits Josquin's name (E-Tc 13) is a late one (1553-1554), while I-Rvat Capp. Sist. 42 was copied between 1503 and 1512, when Josquin was still alive. Furthermore this motet was included by Le Roy & Ballard in a publication entirely consacrated to Mouton's works. BLOXAM 1992, 63, supports instead Josquin's authorship.
